can´t use FIPS on windows 95

Hiya all! I´m new to the list, and of course I have some questions. 1) There is no UMSDOS for debian isn´t it? 2) I bought my computer and it comes preinstalled with windows 95, so all of the hard disk is in one single partion. Reading the files that come with the debian distribution I
