Why the PAP (ppp) passwd is shown by xconsole. /var/log/ppp
can only be read by adm group, but xconsole can be seen

I have just installed ham from SLS. Everything is fine except X
in Hi (16bits) or True (24bits) color.
I have a Sony CPD 200sf and a PCI ATI 3D Rage II+ with 8Mb on board.
I have an excellent [EMAIL PROTECTED] in 8bits depth but when I switch to
a 16/24/32 bits mode, I get an 1-inch-wide column

is Raptor style, 3-steps user+passwd+account. I've had
to modify dselect's ftp scripts (setup, update, install) to get throught the
firewalls. Perl5's Net::FTP can pass throught most of the firewalls.

)TeX documents. Remember to turn on micro-weave when print
color. Text font is really smooth in color mode when micro-weave is turned on.
Good luck.
