Server enviroment over to Debian..

Hi list, Atm our whole buissnes is running windows, and we are making preperations to convert everything (servers) to Debian I have been messing arround with ldap and such, but my question is, Has anyone experience with merging from Win2k3, Active directory? anyone did this? did this work?
