Hi!
I've got a SoundBlaster 32 on my Debian system, and I'd like to be able to
record sounds for it. In dselect, I didn't come across any packages that
seem to do recording. Does anyone know of a package (or just software

I updated a bunch of stuff yesterday via dselect, and I rebooted this

com1 = cua0 = ttyS0 irq4

I've been unsubscribed from debian-user for a while, but I just started
getting these emails...
I noticed that they're 'to' [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of
debian-user@lists.debian.org, and I'm wondering if that's the reason I'm
getting them. If so, what server do I send the unsubscribe to?
I was wondering if anyone here had a quick answer as to how to set up a
messages window under FVWM; this is basically a read-only xterm window
type thing where all console messages get displayed...

I wanted to thank everyone for helping me track down that stupid IPX
message problem. I got lots of different ideas, and this time, I'm SAVING
