The people I've talked to mention that RedHat's install is more of a one
screen, ask one question mode. Debian's (at least the last time I did a full

LILO is installed in a default Debian setup. If for some reason you need
to reinstall it, just download the lilo*.deb file from ftp.debian.org.
Once downloaded, just use dpkg -i

model to play with
I'm planning on setting up a Soundblaster AWE 64 under Linux. I also
plan on using this in a Cyrix system and have heard that the AWE 64 and
Cyrix CPUs don't get along well. What I was wondering is if anyone has
any words of advice before I start playing with this combination?
