Good tool to do WSYSIG html (or XML, SGML) editing ?

I know Netscape's 4.0 Composer is pretty good for editing basic web pages. However, for more advanced stuff I was wondering if maybe emac's HTML extension is good - does anyone have any other suggestions For instance, QWeb displays SGML documents, but is there a corresponding WYSIYG SGML
