apt-get http mirrors ?

Just wondering where I would be able to find a list of http deb mirrors for my debian server ? I cant ftp out through our squid proxy as well the rules and regulations, so I was wondering about the http mirrors rather ? But I dont have a mirror list for them :\ Does anyone know where I can find

Please could somebody help me here, urgent though :\ I am trying to get my woody debian server here @ work todo a full dist-upgrade right now I shouldnt have a problem. My sources.list file however is buggered beyond compare Basically I have this so far :-( # -- # Woody
