Ok After well testing on both system ... I have found that DB2 V9.5 FixPack 0 doesn't work on 32 bits system properly Redhat sets automatically some sysctl value after installation: kernel.shmmax So that's why db2 don't crash I have do the same tuning on debian, and now installation work but
