Ok, this is what I did.. I copied win9x netscape file, Bookmark.htm, to file /.netscape renaming it to bookmarks.html .. it was that simple.. next for fun, I transferred my address book because the file name is the same for both.. In a few weeks, Mr Gates can kiss my a$$!!.. Thanks everyone for your help!!...
