I'm in the group dip and all files in /etc/ppp, /etc/ppp.chatscript, pon and poff are owned by dip. A normal Debian installation has no /etc/ppp.chatscript. /etc/chatscripts and /etc/ppp/ should be owned by root but in the dip group: drwx--x--- 2 root dip 1024 Dec 22 17:47
