Restore mouse right button copy / paste

Hi, I was able to use the mouse to hightlight text on one terminal, then was able to paste the text to another terminal or vim by right button click. Since I got a problem of disk full last night, I could not operate the mouse copy / paste function any more after fixed the disk full. Any advice
