Big Brie's method to get a SoundBlaster 16 PNP working under debian. It seems that the sb module is left out of the default 2.0.36 modules for slink. :( Recompile your kernel with the sound support as a module. You want the sb module which is of course listed as cards that are 100% SoundBlaster
