Just for the record as of today it´s fixed again:

$ sed '{/Version/!d ; /lenny/!d}' Packages-lenny-proposed-updates | wc -l
233

$ sed '{/Version/!d ; /lenny/!d}' Packages-squeeze-proposed-updates | wc -l
0
