I just bought a samsung ML 4500 printer.
The driver on www.linuxprinting.org requires a patch to ghostscript 5.5.
Has anyone been sucessfull at getting this printer to work?
Were could I get the headers for ghostscript? I do not see them in stable or
testing.
I am using woody, cups
Just picked up an ML-4500, primarily because it's got Tux on the box.
Opened it up and discovered that the Linux support is (predictably)
Red Hat-centric, so I installed the (Debian) printtool package from
woody, modified the install script to look for the printtool database in
/usr/share/printtool
