Hi, This question has been asked but I could not find an answer : I have a PII with a PCI SB64 soundcard that requires the es1371 sound driver in the kernel. I installed my system (slink) without the sound and then compiled kernel 2.2.1 (and 2.2.9). Result : * /proc/sound does not exist *
