Where can I get libtermcap.so.2 ?

I did a dpkg --search libtermcap.so.2 and it couldn't find it. Does that mean that it doesn't exist anywhere in the debian distribution? Does anyone know where I can get it from? Thanks. - Mark Phillips [EMAIL
