That's the PB, the simili-dos from Billou think they have the right
to write to the cmos clock without notice you!
does the bios reflect the accurate date? i got a similar prob on my
servers but im 2000 miles away from em so i just use NTP to update when
they bootup.
i try to make sure the bios has the right date whenever possible.
