Anyone using ddclient that knows how to configure it to run after reboot? At the moment I start it manually. I looked atthe deb policy manual about scripts to be added to /etc/init.d and the scripts that come with ddclient don't seem to fit (ddclient doesn't accept the start, stop and so on

Did you set run_daemon=true in /etc/default/ddclient? -Roberto Yes, that line is there. The problem is to start the daemon after reboot, and I guess stopping it before would be nice (on the off chance that it is in the middle of writing out the last ip address - though that is very
