I've got a script in /etc/ppp/ip-up.d to run fetchmail on connect,
but it doesn't appear to be run - running `ps aux | grep fetchmail'
just after connecting shows nothing. I think the permissions are
correct - I'm in group dip, and the permissions are:
[root%letdown /etc/ppp] # ls -l ip-up ip-up.d
