-19981211-1, but dpkg did let me install apt with libc6_2.0.7-19981211-1 installed on the system, so I didn't worry about it too much. Mark Wagnon posted a URL for libc6_2.0.7v-1 off of ftp.cdrom.com's mirror, but that file isn't there this morning. http://www.debian.org/Packages/frozen/base/libc6.html
