I realized that by installing basic Debian Lenny with netinst and manually installing kde-desktop somehow does not have Desktop for user. Is this a bug or 'feature'. I realized this when I want to make an application launcher from Desktop but it is owned by root and there's no Desktop shortcut in konqueror and from user's home.
