I downloaded the following image: debian-6.0.2.1-kfreebsd-i386-CD-1.iso I am still a bit confused as to whether one can use a pre-seed file with that CD without remastering it or having to arrow down. It is not that those steps are a big problem, but if one is going to do a headless

I just did a Google search on Debian Squeeze and pre-seed files and found a document describing what all can be placed in to such a file. What I did not see yet is a mechanical description of how to introduce the file to the installation process. I think it can be introduced on a USB stick
