I think, i wass wrong. There is group 'audio' in my system, but i used GUI 'users-admin', and there wass check button 'show all users and groups', whitch wass not checked, so i didn't see this group. I don't now actualy, what i did, but skype is now working fine. I wass adding some pakages, so i think i missed some pakage before. But don't ask me whitch. Thanks for help.
