as recommended in the cirrus docs, but it caused my PC
to lockup and I couldn't reboot it. I had to turn it off and
it hosed the file system. I have to run fsck everytime and
I've gotten scared to continue trying to get it to work.
Any help would be great.

Is there currently any Web Based Admin for Debian
Linux?
If not, I would like to know what everyone in the group would
think about a project to bring Web Based Admin to Debian
Linux? I plan to work on this as I get time, but if anyone
else is interested, I would be happy to share my results

I am having several problems with my Debian installation,
but I thought I would ask the questions one at a time.
My first questions has to do with the Debian Packages.
I have a new installation of Debian 1.3.0 on a Compaq
486/33 Server with a 1.2GB SCSI HD and 32MB RAM.

OK, next question. While I installed Debian 1.3.0 on my
Compaq Server, DSelect took me through the configuration
of X-Windows. The server has a SVGA card installed. I
selected a standard SVGA card and a standard SVGA
monitor. The configuration program engaged just fine.

I am installing Debian Linux 1.3.1 onto a Compaq SystemPro LT. It
does not have any IDE HD. It has a Compaq 32-bit Fast Wide SCSI-2/E
Controller with a 1GB SCSI HD. When I use the Rescue disk, it
does not recognize the controller or the HD. Where can I find drivers
or how can I get this to see
