instalacion de un paquete

hola

Que debo hacer para instalar un softphone en debian
despues de bajar el sotware me ubico en el root y sigo

 la instalacion pero estoy cometiendo un error y no se que es.

 por favor me ayudan...

libreria ncurses

[JOSE BARBOSA]

 

 

he logrado instalar las librerias para asterisk pero con esta ( ncurses ) no he 
podido . Pude instalar ncurses-dev, no se si es la misma?
sale el mensaje  Package ncurses is not available, but is referred to by 
another package. El paquete esta perdido, obsoleto o esta disponible en otra 
fuente.
 
 Gracias por cualquier informacion
