Hi, I want to remove a network place I made using the network manager of
gnome (network-admin). The problem is that when I try to remove it using
the same tool it takes LONG. Where is the "network places" configuration
saved? To just edit by hand... thanks in advance.

Before updating I was using 2.6.18-4 without any problems ... and yes, I
have the 686 version on a Pentium IV HT machine... The freeze is total
(well, most of the times) and I have to boot again... after reverting to
2.6.18-4 all went well again...

compiz doing "compiz --replace" at gnome start... Is there a way to use
compiz instead of metacity as default window manager? I mean without
