There are 5 SCSI disks happily running at sda - sde. The 6th
disk is accepted as /dev/sdf, as the kernel output after lilo
says. But fdisk /dev/sdf fails with "Unable to open /dev/sdf".
strace fdisk /dev/sdf gives
