Hi, I installed Owncloud on a new install of wheezy on a server at home. I use apache2, php5 and mysql, and I redirect the port 443 on my server. It is work fine, but I need to limit the upload bandwidth to Internet. I have a 1mb/s upload adsl, if I share a file with other people, it could
