What do you consider a 'reasonable size'? The maximum possible size of the QR-code is limited by the size of the label. (Shipping labels are probably big enough ...) There is no source image other than whatever LaTeX creates. I can specify the size of the QR-code. Other than that, how do you apply scaling?
