Unidentified subject!

i've got a 4 proc Intergraph w/256M, 2.0.29 smp, a line in the lilo.conf: append = mem=256M. Top and Free still show only 64MB. Same problem on an Intel (netpower) 2proc box. Any Ideas? (sorry for sending this out, but the HOWTO's solution just didn't seem to work). Bruce Dobrin Multi

Monitor for proc usage for SMP systems

Anything out there that will breakdown %usage PER PROCESSOR (on Multi Proc systems). top, xmcpustate, ps all sort of assume single proc. Top will imply usage (cpu states: 95.3% user 302.4% system..) But I need to know how it's being broken down Any one got anything! Bruce Dobrin

# login from remote host?
