After some deeper digging I think I found "guilty" It was "security device" in firefox --8<---cut here---start->8--- library=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/onepin-opensc-pkcs11.so name=OpenSC smartcard framework (0.22) --8<---cut here---end--->8--- which used library from opensc-pkcs11 package. I don't know about your actual problem and probably can't help with PGP smart cards.
