One of our clients sends mail to an external domain (federalpacific.com) and the message never arrives. It gets caught in federalpacific.com's spam filter. After contacting federalpacific.com's email admin, I found that they have a script that searches the headers of incoming mail and gets

Most of the rules I had were looking for phrases in the header. Those had virtually no chance of false positives. I moved those to my Declude word filter file with a weight that will hold them or, if they fail other tests, will delete them. I only use Hold and Delete actions so my spambox only
