[Declude.JunkMail] Commenting out a spefic test

If I comment out the REVDNS SPAM test in the Global cfg file, do I have to comment the action in the $default$.junkmail file? Will this cause a problem by commenting it out the global cfg and not the $default$ file? Or can I just change the weight to be '0'??? And the line should look like the
