Don, Maybe try looking in the log to see if there are any errors.  Check your global.cfg for multiple test entries named BLACKIP.  Unless something has changed, I don't believe the following lines are appropriate for an ipfile:     SKIPIFWEIGHT 30     MAXWEIGHT 30     STOPATFIRSTHIT Maybe
