otherwise compare the last 3 characters of the HELO with the last 3
characters of the REVDNS and if not match add say 1/5 or so of HOLD weight.

Is there any way, and if not is some one willing to come up with a way, of
counting the number of characters in the body and if less than say 10 the
penalize x and if less than say 25 then penalize y?
