I use a variant of Matt's badcountrynorevdns test to punish timeout's from
spam haven countries:
BadCountryREVDNSTimeout.txt:
REVDNS END NOTIS (Timeout)
COUNTRY 50 IS CN
COUNTRY 50 IS KR
COUNTRY 40 IS RU
