If it installed correctly it will. It may be putting it in a different directory, in which case it is probably using the wrong configs as well. That seems strange Darrell, I am not seeing that behavior described with this version. I have just verified this on two servers. I would ask if you are positive that it is installed in the correct directory but you have been using Declude much longer than myself and I am sure you have checked this ;) I am noticing that when restarting the Declude Proc service it does not generate a diags.txt file anymore.
