Do you have backup software running on the server? Do you also have
Declude Hijack (in which case there is a
to download its updates from LiveUpdate instead of from a parent
server.

Scott is best to answer these sorts of questions, but I'm sure that you
would help him for you to describe the exact versions of all of the
software involved, in this case IMail, Declude and what virus scanners
that you have installed for Declude and also on your system.
