Today at 10:55 declude stopped working adn email started to add up in the spool directory. It was my day off so I didn't notice until later and then there was 1500+ emails in the spool directory and going nowhere. I run 1.77. If you upgrade to the latest beta (1.78), it should take care of the

Yup... That did the trick. Thanks! Any idea why and how that happened? There was an issue with previous versions that would cause the symptoms you describe, if there were a lot of FORGINGVIRUS lines in the \IMail\Declude\virus.cfg file. v1.78 fixed this.
