how do i see the version of f-prot The best way is to run the program manually from a command prompt (typing F-Prot). The time of the file should give you the main version number (IE 03:11 would be v3.11, but you wouldn't be able to tel lif it was 3.11, 3.11a, 3.11b, etc.).

FWIW, Just installed 1.43 and caught my first copy of W32/Gibe@MM (within 5 minutes!). We're running McAfee NetShield and have had the latest updates for several days. But didn't catch any until upped Declude to 1.43. I believe I had 1.40 before. Just thought you'd be happy to know that
