How are you getting the input from the G-sensor some analog input? Re the Rev's you'd be much better off making a hardware counter with a clocked gate and reading it back digitally (via a printer port!) I dont think you can do accurate software DSP at 6000rpm (4 stroke - 20ms cycle) The
