Thanks Jan. I found a solution within the Indy components. Indy has a
component idUri that can convert these html “hex” coded urls back to normal
url. I use it to convert the path and then the emails are sent without a
problem.

I am sending Html emails with inline images using the idsmtp component
(Version 10). The Html editor that I use saves the source file name of
these inline images with html hex codes if there are any spaces or special
