Hi,
I've been trying to use Ray to assemble a diploid plant genome with Illumina
paired-end data. I am using it on a cluster with 1TB of RAM but it keeps
failing at the same step, "Loading taxons" right after "Counting sequence
biological abundance" exiting with a general Segmentation fault err
I did not provide the checkpoint directory with my first run so I'll redo it
with the correct options.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I am using the Ray assembler and hit the walltime on my cluster. I want to
continue the assembly using the '-read-write-checkpoints' option but from what
I've been reading here on the mailing list, it seems that I cannot do this
unless I include it as an option in my original run.
