I had this problem a few weeks ago, removed the ev-summary file and thought it
was done with, but it just came back. Removing only the inbox ev-summary file
didn't help either. I had to remove all ev-summary files. Yes, I disabled the
email accounts and I put it in offline mode.

I set up the printer normally by clicking on new printer and entered a
username in the format: 'domain\username' .
When I go to properties,
It seems persistant now. After opening Evolution for the second time, it came
back again, as soon as I switched it to online mode. The difference is that I
had new email (the above comment). I've also noticed emails are duplicated each
time the error appears (like the inital reporter). When I
/apps/xchat/plugins/notification/persistant is deprecated. It's replaced by the
level key.
With the level set to 3, the tray icon should be displayed only for important
messages (query, nick citation or word highlighting).
So it should not be displayed automatically at startup. Does it?

Had a closer look which partitions are mounted under /boot and /1 - these are
/dev/hda1 and /dev/hda8 which are not the Dapper / and /boot partitions.
This means that the Dapper / and /boot Partitions are NOT shown in the
Drivemount applet - so I was wrong with that.
