I tried to create a new address book in evolution. Entered name of new address
book, clicked Ok.
Next i got a message notifying me that evolution-data-server crashed and
offering me to save a crash-report.
Did so, and this is what i got:

Thanks, Richard, that clarifies things. I've added an upstream bug
report at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421853.
Also: gThumb 2.9/2.10 has a better camera selection dialog. You may be
able to tell it to use the USB mode rather than the PTP mode, which
would provide delete support.
