After I accentually discovered that I could change the theme to one that is
visible without scrolling when I clicked one, my theme changed to it, but a lot
of applets(and even thunderbird and synaptic) were crashing.
Then I changed my theme in gconf-editor back to Human and I could select themes
Due to the way the menu works it's hard/impossible to add a single menu
with a package.

Thank you for your bug. Not confirmed, that works fine on my desktop.
The bug will not be worked on for 7.04 anyway, the uploads are frozen
now and only blockers bugs will be fixed, that's a minor one
