I tried about a week ago same setup, on Debian 5.0. Everything worked
as normal. Hardy worked just fine. I currently compiled latest libmtp,

I appreciate technical reasons for not fixing the bug. Still I think
that in the long run the MI should probably not seat between the
volume/network/battery/date indicators. ATM the space to the left of
these feels most natural, mainly because you're less likely to notice
the icon state change if

Evolution won't save contacts/calendar passwords. Seahorse doesn't list the
contacts/calendar passwords, but it does list imap and other passwords as
imap:// It doesn't list my google calendar password (and that doesn't
work) -- I haven't setup google mail.
