It is reproducible.
I always got this error when:
I connect do another machine using sftp. Then I cut some flies from local PC
and paste into mounted direct location. The copying operation will be finished
correctly but the local OS stop to display the files and folders on the
Destcop. It's does
I just discovered that it seems to be related with multi-tab nautilus
windows. I had one window with several tabs. When I closed all the
tabs but one (a regular browser window), the session works fine on
logout and then login.

The problem isn't to offer both eject & umount. The problem is that when
you click the eject button in Nautilus. It completely disconnects the device.

I think this is an issue with how we mount NTFS partitions rather then
nautilus.

I strongly disagree with the « whishlist » importance of this issue.
This IS a bug, Rhythmbox have to display covers through notify-osd, whatever
there ratio.
Rhythmbox is the default music-manager for Ubuntu, I think it's a shame
that it is not even fully integrated with notify-osd.
