I fail to see why it would be a problem with the gst. Wouldn't a line in
/etc/adduser.conf be enough? Even if we handle profiles manually, that
won't prevent new users from being added to the users group if adduser
wants to.

On a single image :
- 0 and 4 rotation causes no bug ;
- 1 and 3 rotations causes 1 bug (resp. columns or rows) ;
- 2 rotations causes 2 bugs (columns and rows moved).
When I load a bugged image, rotating it back to the original orientation causes
the bug to disappear.

Empathy is almost unusable with these warnings and the option to change this
is not userfriendly nor even easy to find when you know it exists.
Having to fix a non-usable defaultprogram should not be of low priority.
Full ack. You cannot replace Pidgin and introduce dozends of
regressions..

Look through the mactel-support docs as well.
Pommed is only a work-around. The support should be elsewhere.
