Using Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (upgraded from Karmic).
While reporting a regression that prevented the 'eject' key on my Apple
extended keyboard from working (see bugs #569994 and its 'child' #619019), I
found out that the key tried to 'eject' my Sandisk
Yelp seems to be using the Shavian version of English (e...@shaw) as
opposed to more common forms of English. I switched my desktop to use
Spanish and everything cleared up, back to English and I get this
Shavian English unicode.

USB-drives shouldn't have their own trash-can. Users know of ONE trashcan, and
thats the one they will go look in first.
To the user, the USB-drive is just a folder (that happens to be placed on an
external device). Would one want every folder on the harddrive to have its own
trash too?

In my Ubuntu 10.04, the above-mentioned

displayed correctly with Evince and Okular, even after methods mentioned
in #25 and #26.

Evince couldnot display chinese pdf files
I've confirmed that opening the bad PS files with Okular exhibits the
same behavior (i.e. only the last page is shown). This means that this
is a libspectre bug and will be marked as such.
Also, I've tried Evince in Maverick with those files, and the bug still

I have Line-in, Microphone 1 and Microphone 2 inputs to choose in Sound
Preferences. The default Mic1 is the backpanel one which i use. It's muted (or
not used) until i select Mic2 and then select back Mic1.

the only offered besides max speed). Brasero told it burned succesfully, but

To summarise this long standing bug; users cannot adjust the page settings
using the 'page set-up' tab in the print dialogue. (Apparently of applications
using gtk print.) To recreate the bug, go to the page set-up tab in the print
dialogue of any of the following programs:

USB drives have trash cans because moving a file within a drive is much faster
than moving a file between drives. When moving a file within a drive, all that
changes is the file name and the file is not touched. Deleting a file removes
